本研究对一位茶厂女工进行深度访谈，并在访谈后进行了反思和分析。
This is an in-depth interview with a female tea factory worker was conducted, accompanied by a post-interview reflection and analysis.
茶厂女工的养老金普遍较低，因而她们主要通过以下方式实现“老而自养”，以视频访谈中的刘奶奶为例：
Although the pensions of these female workers are generally low, they manage to support themselves in old age through the following ways. Let’s take Granny Liu in the interview for example.
1. 依靠劳动收入：她们大多通过茶厂工作、农业生产和其他劳动力密集型工作（如摘茶、打药、种地、养殖等）来获得收入，这些收入是她们生活的主要来源。
Relying on labor income: Grandma Liu earn money by working at the tea factory, and doing other labor-intensive jobs like picking tea, spraying pesticides, farming, and raising animals. These incomes are her main source of support.
2. 自给自足：通过在家种植蔬菜、养殖家禽等方式，减少了外部购买的依赖，确保基本生活需求。
Self-reliance: By growing vegetables and raising poultry, Grandma Liu reduces the need to buy things from the stores and meets her basic living needs.
3. 家庭支持：尽管她们有一定的自养能力，但仍希望依赖家庭成员的支持，尤其是子女和孙子。在养老问题上，她们普遍希望留在家中，得到家庭的照料，而非进入养老院。
Family support: Even though she can support herself financially to some extent, Granny Liu still hopes to rely on her family members, especially her children and grandchildren. When it comes to old age, she prefers staying at home and being cared for by her family instead of going to a nursing home.
4. 精神生活：尽管面临生活压力，女工们通过种地、家务劳动、与家人交往等方式保持生活的活力，减轻了养老生活的孤独感和精神空虚。
Mental health: Despite facing life pressures, granny stays active by farming, doing housework, and spending time with family. This helps reduce the loneliness and emptiness of aging.
刘奶奶，和其他女工一样通过以上方式保障自己的基本生活，但整体收入还是比较低，尤其是养老金的低水平限制了她的生活质量。她的养老方式依赖于持续的劳动、家庭支持和自给自足，这表明了中国传统农村社区在养老方面的自力更生和依赖家庭的特点。
Granny Liu, like other female workers at the tea factory, supports herself through ways mentioned above, but her overall income is still not enough, especially since her low pension limit her quality of life. Her aging life relies on continued work, family support, and self-sufficiency, showing that the self-reliance and family dependence play an important role in this traditional rural community.
