之所以会将目光投向茶厂以及在那里工作的这些女性，是因为狮山乡不仅是我爷爷奶奶和父亲出生、成长的地方，也同样是我自己从小生活和成长的故土。我的爷爷只有高中学历，而奶奶没有上过学。但他们凭借自身的坚韧、勤劳和乐于学习的品质，在年过六旬之际，从零开始学习茶叶种植技术，并带动村里其他留守老人一同投身到茶叶生产的劳动中。

My attention was drawn to this tea factory and its female workers not only because of academic interest, but also for deeply personal reasons. Shishan Township, where the factory is located, is where my grandparents and father were born and raised, and it is also the home village where I grew up. My grandfather only completed high school, and my grandmother never had the opportunity to go to school. Yet, through determination, hard work, and a strong willingness to learn, they began growing tea in their sixties and even encouraged other elderly villagers to join them in tea production.
